San Francisco, United States · Full-time · 4 to 8 years
Early customers are the most valuable and the most fragile thing a startup has. Right now ours are supported by founders answering messages between other meetings, which works until it doesn't. You'd be the first person whose actual job is making sure these relationships hold.
We're looking for a Customer Success & Solutions Manager based in San Francisco to support Hanomi's customers through demos, evaluations, pilots, onboarding, and ongoing success.
This role sits between customer success, solutions consulting, and product feedback. You'll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, help them evaluate Hanomi, collect feedback, coordinate internally with the product team, and make sure customers are successful during and after adoption.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with technical customers, solving problems, and turning customer needs into clear internal priorities.
Support customers during demos, evaluations, pilots, and onboarding
Understand customer workflows around CAD, drawings, manufacturing documentation, and engineering review
Help customers define success criteria for pilots and evaluations
Coordinate internally with founders, product, and engineering teams to address customer needs
Track customer feedback, product requests, blockers, and adoption signals
Help prepare demo material, onboarding documents, and customer-facing explanations
Support renewal, expansion, and long-term customer relationship management
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce friction
Maintain customer records, meeting notes, and success plans
Share structured customer insights with the leadership and product team
4 to 8 years in customer success, solutions consulting, technical account management, implementation, or product-facing customer roles
Experience working with B2B customers in the United States
Strong communication and relationship-management skills
Ability to understand technical workflows and explain product value clearly
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple customers or pilots at once
Comfort working with founders, engineering teams, and external stakeholders
Ability to convert customer conversations into clear action items
High ownership and problem-solving mindset
Experience in manufacturing, engineering software, CAD, PLM, PDM, industrial technology, or B2B SaaS
Familiarity with technical drawings, mechanical engineering workflows, or manufacturing documentation
Experience supporting enterprise pilots or proof-of-concept projects
Experience working with technical buyers or engineering teams
Previous early-stage startup experience
You'll help define what customer success looks like for Hanomi in the United States. This is not a traditional support role. You'll be close to the customer, close to the product, and close to the founders.
You'll help customers understand what Hanomi can do, help the team understand what customers need, and play a key role in turning early customer interest into long-term adoption.
There are no titles to wait for here. Scope grows when you show you can hold it, and we say so out loud when you do.
