We're looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Manager based in San Francisco to help Hanomi build strategic relationships across the manufacturing and engineering ecosystem.
This role will focus on identifying and developing partnerships with manufacturing service providers, engineering firms, CAD and PLM ecosystem players, technology partners, resellers, and industry networks.
You'll work closely with the founders to open new channels, build relationships, and create partnership opportunities that can support Hanomi's growth.
Identify potential partners, including manufacturing companies, service providers, engineering firms, resellers, and technology partners
Build and manage relationships with strategic partners
Develop partnership proposals, collaboration ideas, and commercial structures
Support partner-led customer introductions, demos, and pilot opportunities
Work with the founders to define Hanomi's partnership strategy
Represent Hanomi in relevant industry events, conferences, and ecosystem conversations
Maintain a structured partner pipeline and track progress
Coordinate internal follow-ups after partner meetings
Gather market feedback from partners and share insights with the team
Help create partner-facing material, presentations, and communication
5 to 9 years in partnerships, business development, channel development, strategic alliances, or enterprise sales
Experience working with US customers or partners
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to understand technical products and identify commercial opportunities
Experience managing long-term business relationships
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partner conversations
Comfortable working in a high-ownership startup environment
Experience in manufacturing, engineering software, industrial technology, CAD, PLM, PDM, automation, or B2B SaaS
Existing network in manufacturing, industrial technology, engineering, or software ecosystems
Experience working with resellers, distributors, system integrators, or technology partners
Familiarity with technical drawings, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing workflows
You'll help shape Hanomi's partner ecosystem from the beginning. This is a role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building trust, and connecting technical products with the right commercial channels.
You'll work directly with the founders and have the opportunity to influence how Hanomi grows, from strategic partnerships to customer introductions and market expansion.
