San Francisco, United States · Full-time · 4 to 7 years
This is the role for someone who finds a blank page energising rather than alarming. You'd own outbound and content and positioning all at once, which is either a nightmare or the most interesting job available depending on who you are.
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager based in San Francisco to help build Hanomi's commercial engine in the United States.
This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who can combine outbound sales, founder-led GTM support, campaign execution, content creation, and customer communication.
You'll work closely with the founders to identify the right customers, run outreach, support demos, create commercial content, and help shape how Hanomi is positioned in the US market. This is not a role where everything is already built. You'll help build the playbook.
Identify and reach out to potential customers in the United States
Run cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and structured follow-ups
Support founder-led sales conversations, demos, and evaluations
Create commercial content based on product updates, customer conversations, demos, events, and founder input
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM
Track outreach performance, demo conversion, pipeline value, and customer feedback
Support event preparation, conference follow-ups, and customer research
Help refine Hanomi's messaging for technical and non-technical buyers
Work closely with the founders to improve GTM strategy and positioning
Prepare weekly updates on outreach, learnings, challenges, and next steps
4 to 7 years in B2B sales, business development, growth marketing, or a related commercial role
Experience selling or marketing to customers in the United States
Strong written and spoken English
Confidence with outbound sales, cold calls, discovery calls, and follow-ups
Experience using LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, and sales automation tools
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to understand technical products and explain their value clearly
High ownership, strong execution, and comfort working in an early-stage environment
Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, engineering software, or B2B SaaS
Familiarity with CAD, PLM, PDM, technical drawings, or manufacturing workflows
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Experience supporting founder-led sales
Previous experience at an early-stage startup
You'll work directly with the founders and play an important role in building Hanomi's US commercial function from the ground up.
This is a chance to help shape how a technical AI product is sold to some of the most demanding engineering and manufacturing teams in the world. You won't just execute campaigns. You'll help define the message, identify the market, learn from customers, and build the foundation for Hanomi's growth in the United States.
There are no titles to wait for here. Scope grows when you show you can hold it, and we say so out loud when you do.
